Step one

During the first call we always try to collect basic information about the task and present the portfolio. Presentation of our previous photos is a good opportunity to not only show the possibilities we provide, but also to examine the customer’s preferences. Immediately afterwards, we arrange the brief.


Step two

The result of the meeting is joint development of the brief, that is a document determining the task. The brief should include information on the nature of the photo shoot or coverage, place, number of people, duration of the entire task. A well prepared brief will enable us to prepare fair valuation.


Step three

We prepare individual valuation because we realize that each task, photo session or coverage is unique and specific. Valuation includes all costs associated with performing the task. We never hide any costs. The cost estimate includes all the information which helps customers decide.


Step four

After approving the cost estimate and signing the agreement, the process of performing the task begins. The first step is to prepare a good scenario. This is a peculiar schedule of a photo shoot that specifies the order of taking photos, props needed, as well as presents reference and inspiring photos. Now it is time to arrange a photo shoot


Step five

After approving the scenario by the customer, we arrange implementation of the task. Regardless of its nature, we always provide our customers with a checklist so they can prepare well for the photo shoot. After task completion, the client has the opportunity to quickly verify the photos that I post online.
